CONTOUR GAINS AMBASSADOR AGREEMENT

1. Ambassador Relationship

Contour Gains is inviting the Ambassador to participate in the Contour Gains Ambassador Program. The Ambassador agrees to introduce Contour Gains to people who may genuinely benefit from the coaching program. The Ambassador is not an employee, trainer, coach, or representative authorized to make commitments on behalf of Contour Gains. Participation is voluntary, with no minimum referral requirements and no requirement to post on social media.

2. Referral Process

The Ambassador receives a personal referral link or other referral method designated by Contour Gains. A referral is successful when the person is a new Contour Gains prospect who was not already an active client, enrolls through the Ambassador's referral link or is otherwise properly attributed, becomes a paying client, and completes any applicable payment/enrollment requirements. Self-referrals, duplicate referrals, existing clients, fraudulent referrals, or referrals created solely to obtain rewards do not qualify.

3. Ambassador Reward

For each successful referral, the Ambassador may choose ONE: (1) a $75 Contour Gains credit toward the Ambassador's next payment, or (2) one bonus 1:1 coaching call, separate from the Ambassador's regular weekly call. Rewards are not transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash unless Contour Gains agrees otherwise in writing.

4. Referral Client Benefit

A new client who joins through an Ambassador referral receives $50 off their first month, subject to applicable enrollment terms. Contour Gains may establish reasonable limitations on referral promotions to prevent misuse or abuse.

5. Reward Delivery and Technology Changes

Contour Gains currently intends to administer rewards through its coaching, payment, and client-management systems. If those systems change or become unavailable, Contour Gains may use a reasonably equivalent alternative (such as an account credit, payment adjustment, refund, or bonus coaching session) to honor an earned reward.

6. Program Changes

Contour Gains reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Ambassador Program for future referrals. Any reward already earned before a change or termination remains subject to the terms that applied when the referral became successful.

7. Ambassador Conduct

The Ambassador agrees to share genuine personal experiences, avoid false or misleading claims, avoid promising specific fitness or health outcomes, avoid representing herself as a Contour Gains coach or employee, and direct questions about coaching, pricing, or policies to Contour Gains.

8. Disclosure

If the Ambassador publicly promotes Contour Gains and may receive a reward for referrals, she agrees to clearly disclose the relationship — for example: "I'm a Contour Gains Ambassador and may receive a reward if you join through my referral link."

9. Termination

Either party may end the Ambassador relationship at any time. Termination does not eliminate rewards already earned before termination, provided the referral otherwise qualifies.

10. No Employment Relationship

This Agreement does not create an employment, partnership, joint venture, franchise, or agency relationship. The Ambassador is not authorized to enter into agreements or make commitments on behalf of Contour Gains.

11. Acceptance

By completing the form below and typing your full legal name as your signature, you confirm that you have read and agree to the terms of the Contour Gains Ambassador Program, effective as of the date of signing.
